Prevuehr  started as an Assessment provider back in 1996 and haven’t looked back. We liked the idea of matching the right person to the right now and now we love it. In the 15+ years that we’ve been working with companies of all sizes, from independently owned banks, through to Honda and Purolator, we’ve gained a lot of experience and insight.


We realized that companies need more than just an effective way to select the right job candidate, but they also needed a way to organize themselves through the whole hiring process.


That’s where the APS Pro came in. It’s a powerful Applicant Tracking System that organizes your entire company’s hiring process. Now we can increase a company’s speed to hire, as well as their confidence.


Very recently, we realized that Job Descriptions and Job Analysis as a whole, is a step that most companies skip especially small-medium sized businesses. We brought in the Job Description Builder to answer that need. An online tool that references the O’NET job taxonomy North America’s largest bank of reviewed and trusted job descriptions.


Now it’s time to give back. Instead of having all these resources and hiring knowledge swimming around in our heads, we want to show you how to become great at hiring.


The best way to learn is to have someone walk along side you through the whole process, which is why we love teaming up with companies, learning about their hiring needs, and creating a solution that solves the pain points we discover in the hiring process.
