The system can store detailed profiles of owners, tenants, vendors, units, and associations. It can set up invoices automatically for dues and other billing amounts. Accounting tools include check scanners and lockbox processing capabilities, with support for an unlimited number of different bank accounts. In addition, financial statements can be generated and customized with simple, intuitive visual development tools.
Export capabilities of the system are extensive and flexible; reports can be sent or converted using Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF, and email. Further, letters, emails, and phone calls are combined into communication histories for each vendor or homeowner. Condo Manager can also provide full websites, giving access to both homeowners and board members for better communication and outreach.
Condo Manager is available in a number of different versions, including PRO, PRO+, and Condo Manager Live. There are also optional modules that can be acquired as needed. These include utility billing, violation tracking, outlook integration, payment processing, and others.
