Resco just released the Autumn Update of Resco Mobile CRM®, the mobile client for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, bringing new functionalities to the solution.Route planning is one of the new additions that clearly stands out. Mobile workers can plan their activities for the day on a map, which shows the route between selected locations as well as the travel time needed for each transfer. Sales reps can simply select the start and end point — be it the office, home or other location — and add customer visits onto the schedule. The app then calculates the distance and driving time between each visit, so that sales reps see if there’s a smarter way to arrange visits and eliminate waiting periods.Another notable feature is the support of new platforms, namely iOS 9, Windows 10 & Windows 10 Mobile, assuring seamless functioning of the application when users upgrade to a new operating system.
