ion interactive is seeking an expert account manager who is digitally savvy, self-directed, and loves helping people use, learn and understand technology. The Account Manager is part of ion's Customer Success team, which is responsible for supporting our customer's success in using ion's software platform to launch and optimize their web experiences. This person will provide extraordinary service to our customers with an emphasis on training, onboarding, project management, and software support. This role requires a sense of urgency and the ability to handle any situation with a smile. The ideal candidate for this role possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills with a knack for understanding a customers larger marketing objectives.
