ADS Solutions Advantage goes after companies that make roughly $1 million to $25 million each year and have a need for somewhere between 2 to 50 users to have access to the system. Pricing for the system will be determined according to the number of concurrent users.
The software must be purchased with the accounting and warehouse management system (WMS) applications and buyers should have a need for order entry functionality. Other applications that are included in the suite are transportation management, inventory management, customer management, and demand management. The system also includes business intelligence (BI) functionality for distributors to track their warehouse’s performance.
The accounting functionality will automatically generate invoicing receipts after a purchase order has been entered into the system to reduce the need for a manual invoicing printing process. For distributors that would like to take online orders, the system supports an e-Commerce platform. The software is also built to handle custom business requirements such as discount pricing and specialty contract arrangements.
This system can be deployed as traditional on-premise or as a web-enabled system. The program can be installed on Windows and Mac OS as well other systems.
