InMoment™ is putting a face to the names behind great customer experience (CX) with the launch of Faces of CX, an Instagram account designed to highlight the people who go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for customers.All CX professionals, organizations and customers are invited to participate by sending photos and captions of up to 2200 characters to facesofCX@inmoment.com. The information will be posted to the Faces of CX Instagram page with the hashtag #FacesOfCX.
