MATE PCS was founded in 1990 through a management buyout of the Information Management Division of General Physics. Prior to this point in time, management and staff had spent over ten years providing maintenance management and document management software solutions to a wide variety of industries, including the nuclear power industry and large petrochemical companies.
MATE PCS is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland and has offices in Des Moines, Iowa and Syracuse, New York. GP Solutions also has staff in Hong Kong, PRC that provides training and support services in the Asia Pacific region.
