FM Innovations was founded in June 1997 by Kristiana Greenwood and Ray Lodge, the current Directors.From day one, FMI started innovating and filling gaps in the market. Here’s the quick history of what they did and how they did it.
Kris and Ray saw a software need in the Property & Facilities Management market. Large systems were in use in large corporations, but what was missing was value for money and true ‘fit’ for an organisation.
