Our early years were great; happy customers and making strides in the Talent Management Software industry. But in 2009, one of our HRTMS Performance customers asked us to create a tool to help them manage their job descriptions. Before this, we were solely focused on Performance Management and Compensation Planning and never really thought about the importance of Job Description Management. The more we spoke with our current customers and those in the industry, the more we realized how underutilized job descriptions really were. Thus began our goal of creating an easy-to-use and nimble system to manage job descriptions. HRTMS Jobs, released in 2010, was the first SaaS-based Job Description Management Tool.
Today, we work with a wide range of organizations including manufacturing, healthcare, education, retail, finance, pharmaceuticals, energy, technology, hospitality, professional services and media services.
Unlike other Job Description Management tools on the market today, we go beyond just editing and storing job descriptions and allow you to make job descriptions the centerpiece and “record of truth” of Talent Management Operations such as compliance, recruiting, performance management, market pricing, compensation planning, training, succession planning, and more.
