WorkOasis was founded in early 2002, as a software company focused specifically on the needs of facility managers. Bob Dickhaus, the founder and CEO, had spent the prior twenty years working for large companies, including serving as President of Johnson Controls global facility management business. At that time he recognized two things; first, the fact that the internet could fundamentally change how software is delivered and secondly, the fact that no software company of any significance had developed a solution for facility managers responsible for managing large portfolios of distributed property.
WorkOasis, from its inception, has been a different type of software company. We've developed values that reflect our commitment to running our business with a "customer service” orientation, rather than just technology, and continue to develop products that are easy to use and deploy. We also have a fundamental belief that "our customers are smarter than we are” and that our success is based on listening to their needs and developing products that make their jobs simpler.
We strive to "conduct our business in such a way that it honors God ” and provides our customers with the highest levels of honesty, accountability, and integrity. And finally, we recognize that "people are the key to our success,” and that by attracting the most talented people in the industry, we can best serve our customers.
