HiringThing arose out of the Portland, Oregon marketing agency Babcock & Jenkins to put an end to the suffering caused by inefficient, email or paper-based resume shuffling that recruiters and hiring managers face. What we built turned out to be so cool that we decided we had to share it with the rest of the world.
