We’ve been working with ERP software since before the days when Gartner coined the term ERP back to the days of manufacturing resources planning (MRP II). We’ve seen the evolution of contact management to sales force automation to today’s customer relationship management (CRM) software. And we’ve adapted our product portfolio and implementation strategies to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers.
