MindTouch was founded in 2005 by two former members of Microsoft’s Advanced Systems Research Team – Steve Bjorg, our CTO and Aaron Fulkerson, our CEO.
It has since evolved into a spirited Customer Success driven SaaS company with top-tier clients like MakerBot, Paypal, Intuit, Accenture, and more.MindTouch initially started off as an open source software (OSS) project named DekiWiki.
For years, it was named the #1 collaboration project on Sourceforge and was ranked in the top 10 overall open source projects in the world. DekiWiki evolved into MindTouch Core, which has since been transformed into our most recent offering, MindTouch 4.
