Description
Pat Whelan started in construction where everyone does: tearing down walls and toting lumber. He made superintendent while still in college, and after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Business Economics, he started his own small construction company out of his garage in 1987. That business became extremely successful as Pat applied productivity practices, and by 2002 he had a system of controlled and repeatable processes that he quickly saw could be useful to other construction companies.
